Garbled Audio?

SYMPTOMS:

Remote users report "garbled audio", especially when the headset mic is in use. It was not caused by too many remote mics being on, but rather too many "in class" mics being on: the headset and the handheld.

When both mics are on and people are talking close to both mics, the audio broadcast on Zoom is garbled. Audio in the room is NOT garbled: just Zoom audio.

FIX:

When Russ turned OFF the handheld mic, the headset mic audio went out clear over Zoom. We need to enforce "1 mic at a time" when we have Zoom.

Feedback can occur in the classroom if the amplifier settings in the audio cabinet are set too high. The top of any slider should be no higher than the bottom of the yellow tape.
